In-silico-generated library for sensitive detection of 2-dimethylaminoethylamine derivatized FAHFA lipids using high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry
In Analytical Chemistry, Ding et al. report on the construction of an in silico library containing 264 fatty acid esters of hydroxy fatty acid classes. Using the library and high-resolution LC-MS/MS resulted in the annotation of 19 2-dimethylaminoethylamine-fatty acid esters of hydroxy fatty acid from 16 families.
