The next Bioinformatics Core training workshop will be on 'RNA-Seq and ChIP-Seq Analysis with Galaxy', December 16–19

Details are now available on the next workshop to be run by the Genome Center's Bioinformatics Core. The workshop, which will be held between December 16–19 this year, will instruct participants in how to use Galaxy for analysis of RNA-Seq and ChIP-Seq data. The workshop, which is open to — faculty, postdocs, grad students, staff, and industry researchers — will prepare people to work independently on basic RNA-Seq and ChIP-Seq analyses, using your the Galaxy platform.
