Grad student Chris Beitel interviewed by PeerJ about his recent publication

Chris Beitel is a PhD student in Jonathan Eisen's lab, he recently was the lead author on a paper in the PeerJ journal titled Strain- and plasmid-level deconvolution of a synthetic metagenome by sequencing proximity ligation products. This paper, which features co-authorship from five other Genome Center members, was accompanied by an interview with Chris about the work and about his experience publishing in PeerJ.
