Biochemist / Physiologist position available in the NIH West Coast Metabolomics Center

The NIH West Coast Metabolomics Center seeks a PhD or MD scientist with interest in interpreting metabolomics data. The postdoctoral scholar will provide expertise, advice and perform statistical analyses for the Center and the Center's clinical and biomedical collaborators. Under direction of the WCMC director, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for guiding pilot projects with Center collaborators, steer work in the mass spectrometry laboratory, conduct laboratory experiments as necessary, present and discuss results, and write manuscripts. Excellent communication skills are required. Proven experience in small molecule biochemistry, or human or animal physiology is required.
