Introduction to R for Bioinformatics (remote)

This three-part online workshop in R is designed to help biologists with no data analysis experience get up to speed with the R programming language as it is used for bioinformatics, including RNA-Seq, single cell RNA-Seq, and more.

Registration fees are $300 for current UC students, faculty and staff, $450 for other academic and non-profit, and $600 for other participants.
