Advanced Topics in Single Cell RNA-Seq Analysis: VDJ

This one-day workshop is an in-depth look at VDJ analysis with single cell RNA-Seq data generated on the 10x platform. Participants should already be familiar with single cell RNA-Seq analysis, the basics of which will not be covered in this course. Visit the course website for more information.

The registration fee is $500 for current students, postdocs, staff and faculty at University of California campus' or UC National Labs (LBNL, LANL, LLNL), $700 for other academic or non-profit participants and $1,000 for other participants.
