Building & Grounds Maintenance Facilities

Facilities Operations & Maintenance(O&M) is responsible for maintaining the buildings, grounds, and associated physical infrastructure of the campus. Within funds available, a uniform level of maintenance is provided. Additional maintenance, repair, renovation, fabrication and construction services are available through department recharge.

Service Requests:

Requests can be made through the web work order system (http://facilities.ucdavis.edu) or by calling the O&M Customer Support Center (530-752-1655).

When you request services, please provide as much pertinent information as possible:

specific description and location of problem

name and phone - numbers of departmental contact persons

department or activity name

account numbers - problems involving department equipment will require an authorized account number.

Urgent Requests

Phone the O&M Customer Support Center (530-752-1655).

Urgent requests are situations in which maintenance services are
required in order to avoid injury to humans or animals, damage to facilities, or loss of research.

Facilities O&M provides limited night and weekend emergency service when repairs are required that cannot wait until the next normal business day.
